Everyday Systems considers collaborations that are relevant to readers looking for clearer ways to manage tools, routines, projects, and everyday choices. Any proposal should explain the subject, intended audience, and nature of the relationship.
Formats we consider
Possible collaborations include clearly identified partner articles, useful resource listings, and placements across the publication where readers encounter relevant material. We consider whether a proposal fits the publication and offers a clear reader benefit; availability is not guaranteed.
Clear labels, clear boundaries
Partner-supported material and paid placements are labelled so they are distinguishable from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not buy editorial approval, favorable conclusions, or control over unrelated content. Editorial decisions remain separate from commercial discussions.
Send a considered proposal
Use the Contact page to outline the organization or offering, the kind of collaboration proposed, its intended audience, and any relevant commercial relationship. Include enough context to assess fit, but do not send confidential material. We will consider proposals on their merits.
